What are Selfomy One's IELTS LMS, TOEIC LMS, and SAT LMS?
Selfomy One is a comprehensive AI-powered learning management system (LMS) designed specifically for IELTS, TOEIC, and SAT centers.
We help centers: organize mock exams, assign homework, grade with AI, and create self-study websites.
What are Official Students and Casual Students?
Official students are those who have registered for official courses at the center and are enrolled in classes. When these students complete their studies, they can be archived and no longer count toward the official student quota.
Casual students are those who find the center’s website and want to self-study, or register for mock exams or entrance tests but are not enrolled in classes.
What are Active Accounts?
This is the number of accounts on the system at any given time.
Each student on the system (including both official and casual) with email information or username is considered one account.
If I Want to Buy a 3-6 Month Package or Multiple Years, are there any Discounts?
Selfomy’s discount policy is as follows:
1-year purchase: 20% discount. From two years onwards, each additional year gets an extra 5% discount.
6 months or more: 10% discount
3 months or more: 4% discount
What is this Storage Capacity Used for?
Storage capacity is used to store all data uploaded by your center’s users, including document files, lecture videos, audio files for tests, Speaking test recordings, and other uploaded content.
Is this Storage Capacity Sufficient?
Yes, the capacity packages are designed based on the actual needs of English centers. For example, the basic package with 20GB is sufficient for about 5,000 speaking tests, or about 2,000 PowerPoint lectures. If your center has greater needs, you can purchase additional storage or upgrade to a higher package.
What is the Number of Staff Members?
This is the number of administrator and teacher accounts that can access the system to manage students, create exercises, grade assignments, and analyze results. Each staff member will have different permissions depending on their role assigned by your center’s main administrator.
What Tests are Already Available in your Test Bank?
Our system already includes CAM IELTS, Recent Actual Tests, Test Plus test sets and is continuously updated. Additionally, your center can easily create and manage your own test bank according to your curriculum.
Is Center Data Secure?
Absolutely safe. Each center’s data is stored separately and strictly secured in data centers meeting international security standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2. Data is regularly backed up. No one has access to this data without authorization.
What Happens if the System Encounters Issues?
Our system has very high stability (99.9% uptime). However, if issues occur, our technical team will resolve them as quickly as possible. We also have daily data backup procedures to ensure information security.
Can Centers Request New Features?
Our development team always listens to customer needs. All feedback will be recorded and if a feature is useful for many centers, we will prioritize it in our product development roadmap.

Can You Issue VAT Invoices?
Selfomy issues complete electronic invoices according to current regulations and our products are not subject to VAT.
